How to Improve Your Health
A good way to have a healthy life is to eat fruits and vegetables everyday because they have vitamins and minerals. You also have to do regular exercice for at least 30 minutes.
Drinking 2 liters of water per day also is good for our health because it will keep our bodies hydrated and it will eliminate what we no longer need.

My first date
Well, my first date was two years ago, it was with a girl who lives around my house. We were on the same school and we were part of a group of friends, so I asked if I could invite her an ice cream in the afternoon and she said yes. That same day, I took advantage that my mom went to work and my brother decided to go with her and I went down to her house to picked her up and we went to the Sultana, and I told her to order what she want, she ordered a smoothie and I did the same. After we left the Sultana we went to a park which is in front of her house and we talked until for a long time. When it was almost 5:00pm she received a call from her mom and she had to go inside her house and I had to go my own place before my mom arrived. We had a good time and we are still very good friends.

What features do mexicans consider attractive?
A survey made to the female students of "Universidad de Monterrey" says that unlike everyone thinks, they prefer the avarage guys than the ones who have big muscles. 8 of the girls prefer a guy with short hair and 5 of them prefer the long hair. The girls also were asked if they prefer a guy with straight, curly or wavy hair, the question was answered with 6 girls that prefer wavy hair, 4 of them like straight hair and only 3 of them like curly hair. All of the girls prefer a guy without beard, and they prefer to have a boyfriend with the same age or older, but no younger than them.

THIS THING CALLED LOVE
2- The writer says that the couple feels hopeful and uncertain. Why do they feel that way?
Because although they like each other and they would like to be together, they dont know what's gonna happen between them.
3- The writer believes that romantic love can be found in all cultures. Do you agree? Why or why not?
Yes , I agree. Because everyone has ever felt the feeling of falling in love with someone. Despite there are some cultures where the marriage is fixed by the parents, it can be found a true love in the same culture

My beginnings
It all started with a silly and preserved kid that liked very bad music, pop, but then he started to listen to a very wild and crazy music, alternative rock, that was a lot for him, and he went to a family meeting and he talked a lot with a uncle-in-law who is a very hard rock fan and he counseled to him that he shouldn’t listen to that kind of music and that the metal was better, so the kid assumed that it was a good advice and started to listen heavy metal .
He step out of the pop music and listened to very rock bands like Guns N Roses, AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden, which caused a problem inside him because Maiden became his favorite band and he needed to stay current about the tours. During the sleep-overs in friends houses they spend hours headbanging and playing air guitar with the sound of Maiden, Priest, and a lot more. He defianted the status quo and he became in a truly metal lover.
But, the only problem he had is that he had a very customary style and not all the metals were enjoyable to him, he regretted the black and death metal because of the lyrics and stuff.
This is my Highway To Hell!!
Hello Metalmaniacs!! Today’s post is going to be about my favorite heavy metal/hard rock bands.
Let’s start:
My metal highway started with GUNS N ROSES, it started when I was like 13 or 14 years old, and I played in Guitar Hero 3 the song “Welcome to the Jungle” that was one of the times when you grab the fake Les Paul and you hit the notes, you feel like you are Slash and you can do everything with a guitar.
So I started to hear them more and I wanted to play guitar like Slash, even I bought a guitar like Slash’s (not a Gibson, but a Maestro, which is a sub company from Gibson), but I should have waited longer because it sounds not very well and my first riff guess which was… If you thought any Guns’s song you were wrong. It was “Smoke on the Water” XD.
But I guess that I must have caused a headache th my mother because once I spent one whole day playing guitar

After that, I started to feel a little bored with their songs and I went to METALLICA, their powerful riffs got my brains out of me!! I was in love with “Enter sandman” and “One”(this was my second riff). A characteristic of me is that when I like something I don’t let it go and I search everything I can about them and with Metallica wasn’t the exception, I know (or knew) all the members, former members, albums, practically everything about them. One of Metallica’s former members, and one of the most controversial, is Dave Mustaine, he got kicked out of the band and he created MEGADEATH (which I just had discovered yesterday with the song Tornado of Souls, but I will listen to them). But, listening the new albums and I realized that they used to make excellent music, but they became more comercial and lost the power they have had since "Kill'em All" to "The Black Album". I really like METALLICA, but it's hard for a fan to realize that his favorite band has stop doing good music, isn't it?
One day, like a kid wondering which were the best songs of metal of all time (yes, in yahoo answers) I saw that someone wrote one song from IRON MAIDEN and after I listen to that song over and over and over again, I made the conclusion that that is the most brutal band ever, and that song is RUN TO THE HILLS, by the end of the day I practically learned all the song and I started to listen all the Maiden’s albums, the first one was “The Number of the beast” and when I finished that album I knew for a fact that IRON MAIDEN is the best heavy metal band ever! . They have an amazing frontman, Bruce Dickinson, three excellent guitarists, Murray, Smith and Gers, the best bassist in the history, Steve Harris, and drum-destroyer Nicko McBrain. The day I went to the concert (read the last post) was like a dream to me because Iron Maiden is like the reason I play guitar, without them, my guitar would still in the closet after 1 year. Besides, all the energy they leave on stage is great, is great that a band plays two hours and they don't mind leaving the stage knowing that they did a great performance and the crowd is satisfied. They didn’t let me down at the concert.
Recently, I listen to a finish metalcore band named CHILDREN OF BODOM, which was a recommendation from a friend, and they have a very particular style that makes me wanna scream like Alexi Laiho, also he plays very fast the guitar and they have a really good drummer (but Nicko McBrain kick his butt).

Iron Maiden- Monterrey 2011
The thursday, march 17th 2011, was the day that I had been expecting for like 5 months, it was the day that my favorite band since ever. I couldn't wait 'till that moment come, I was so excited.
Ihave a mom who is always taking care of me and she didn't left me go by myself,so I had to practly beg to a friend to come with me to the concert and he accepted.
I went to his house around 7 pm and picked him up and my mother drove us to the house of another friend so he and his father (who's also a Maiden's fan) could drive us to the concert.
When we finally arrive to the Banamex Theatre we ate a healthy bag of chips which costed more than the ticket and when we finished, wwe came inside and enjoyed the show.
The band that opend the show was "Maligno", but fortunately we skiped that show. The ticket said that the concert started at 9:00pm and they exactely showed up at 9:00, the concert was going well so far. The first song they played was "Satellite 15...The Final Frontier", the song started with playback but just the intro. And as long as Bruce Dickinson started singing it was for real and I knew I was in a Maiden's concert, which was my first concert.
Me and my friend were so freaking excited, thay finished that song and immediately play "El Dorado", another 7 minutes of great metal music. Then a magic riff started to be played, it was "2 minutes to midnight", that was one of the songs that my friend sang with more energy. When they finished they took a very short pause to tell us that the next song was inspired in us and in Monterrey, because they feel Monterrey like it was England, like home, so for pure logic it was "Coming Home".
I was like a child in christmas, so happy with every song they played, and than they played one of my favorites from all times, "Dance of Death", that was one with great energy fron Dickinson, but then, when it was finished, Dickinson broke his throat with "THE TROOOPEEEEERRR", with the screams of the crowd it was almost impossible to listen the guitars, and no one in there could hear the guitars when the chorus was on, every one where screaming "OOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOHHOOOHHOOO" the best song of the night.
Another great songs were "Blood Brothers" which was dedicated to the victims of Japan, 'cause before Monterrey, Iron Maiden had to be in Japan, but because the tsunami thay couldn't appear, also "When the Wild Wind Blows" was excelent, with that sweet guitar riff.
"Fear of the Dark" was played too, it was amaizing, in fact I was a little afraid with the sounds Dickinson did (just kidding), "Iron Maiden" started and in the middle of the song Eddie appeard and play guitar along Janick Gers, who is a nutcase on stage, after this song they went backstage. They returned with the intro of "The Number of the Beast" and it was incredible, Dickinson made a little change on the lyrics, he said "...I'm coming back, we will return, and will posess your body...AND MAKE MONTERREY REAL FU**ING BURN!!..." and obviously everybody screamed .
They closed the show with "Running Free" and they gave some things to the crowd.
The space trip that began with "The Final Frontier" has been ended.
The next day I didn't want to go to school because I arrived home at 1:00am. but I went.
